We want you to love your Zavvi products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
